The 41st district is a loosely shaped “W” completely within Riverside County, from Corona on the west to Palm Desert on the east. Latino turnout in the area has historically been low; the Palm Springs area boasts a large LGBTQ population.

About Our Candidate: Will Rollins
Will Rollins is a former federal prosecutor who has spent his career taking on counterterrorism cases and working to keep Inland Empire residents safe. Will was the Democratic nominee for Congress in CA-41 in 2022, and significantly overperformed the fundamentals of the district, coming closer than any candidate has to unseating the 30-year incumbent Ken Calvert in over a decade—and he’ll finish the job this fall.

About the District
Spanning more conservative areas in the west and more liberal-leaning areas in the east, the district’s shift from Republican stronghold to Lean Republican has local grassroots volunteers highly engaged. They are activated to flip this district and remove 30+-year right-wing Republican Ken Calvert, a recipient of heavy NRA funding.
